Raspberry White Chocolate Scones. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond extract, and heavy whipping cream. Add the cubed butter, and using your fingers, work it into the flour until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Using your finger tips, rub the butter and flour together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Best enjoyed for breakfast or for afternoon snacks.
Glaze: Stir powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and milk together. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and buttermilk together and stir lightly into the flour mixture. Add the buttermilk a tablespoon at a time, and gently mix together using a butter knife.
