No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake. Reduce speed to low and mix in vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth and homogenous. Fill filling into crust and spread evenly.
Simple to make and deliciously creamy, with a crumbly biscuit base, it is foolproof! Stir in the melted butter until incorporated. Pour the cookie crumbs into a lined cake pan and use the back of a spoon to press into an even layer.
Make the crust: Place cookies in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Beat cream cheese, chocolate and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
Add the cream cheese mixture and fold together until everything is fully combined. Melt milk chocolate and set aside to cool slightly. Place into the fridge to set while preparing the filling.
