Sour Cream Pound Cake Recipe. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Beat on low just until blended.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine and cream the butter, sugar and add the sour cream. Spoon batter into prepared pan, and smooth top with a rubber spatula.
Add sifted flour and baking soda alternating with sour cream.
Into a separate bowl, sift sifted flour, salt, and soda.
Add sour cream alternately with flour, beginning and ending with flour. Add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Grease and flour a bundt pan and set aside.
