Reeses Peanut Butter Cake. In medium bowl, mix vanilla frosting and peanut butter until mixed well. Slowly add in the mix of dry ingredients while the mixer is on low.

For the cake, put flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Spray cake pans with baking spray.
Crumble peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top, making a thicker layer around the edges.
Beat in eggs and oatmeal mixture.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, sift all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt). You want a thinner consistency for easier cutting. Use a whisk to whisk the ingredients well.
