Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake. Add flour, baking powder and salt, beating on low speed until combined and crumbly. Make sure not to over bake as the center should be a little gooey.
Pour on top of cake mixture. Add in the eggs and butter. Next add eggs and melted butter and beat until combined.
Place cake mix, egg and butter in a bowl and mix well.
In a large bowl, vigorously whisk together cake mix, egg, and butter until well incorporated and smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and pat it flat with your hands. Stir until a wet dough forms, and then press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the bread loaf pan. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.
