Pineapple Upside Down Cake In A Bundt Pan. Place maraschino cherries on top of sugar. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Place cherries in center of pineapple slices. Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the butter and brown sugar mixture.
Add in your flour and baking powder and mix again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the bundt baking pan.
Take pineapple slice halves and stand them up on the outter side of inside of pan all around the pan. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, optional salt; set aside. Spoon a layer of the warm brown sugar mixture into the bottom of each muffin tin, then place a pineapple ring on top of brown sugar mixture.
