Pineapple Angel Food Cake. Run knife around edges; turn cooled cake out onto serving plate. Break cake into bite size pieces.
In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and pineapple until well combined; batter will be frothy. Remove cake to a serving plate. Combine pineapple mixture with whipped cream using a large spoon or spatula until well mixed.
Top with half of undrained pineapple and cherries.
Next, in a large bowl combine the angel food cake mix and the crushed pineapple.
In a separate bowl, combine crushed pineapple with pudding powder. Store any leftover pineapple topping in the refrigerator. Add salt to the egg whites, beating until foamy.
