Pear Upside Down Cake. Lightly grease parchment paper, and set aside. Add the eggs one at a time, add a little flour between each egg to help prevent curdling.
Add yogurt and beat until blended. Arrange peach halves, cut side down, in pan. Scrape batter into pan on top of cooled pears.
Arrange pear slices over mixture in pan, slightly overlapping.
Brush with melted butter and keep aside.
Swirl to coat the bottom; remove from heat, and cool. Scrape batter into pan on top of cooled pears. Line bottom with parchment paper, and set aside.
